Welcome to a new adventure in e-commerce! To-Be-Announced (this shop) is normally a western Swedish affair, however during most of August I will be in my Wisconsin hometown with a nice pile of unopened orders from the past year. So I want to sell these while I am here (last day to order is August 11th), then start in earnest selling my Swedish records once I get home.

The Singing Bridge is a self-released album by Lexington local musician Patrick McNeese (1953-2021). It’s slick with (tasteful) bongos, (rich) sax, piano and synth. His brother Barry contributed drum programming too. "A Usual Day" and "Borderline" are my favs, but everything is ace. I guess I’d call this Thoughtful Kentucky Yacht Rock.

I got the tip from my buddy in Grand Marais who played samples over the phone last winter and I managed to chase down a copy or two. Based off Discogs stats, I don’t think it’s an understatement to say this is well under the radar of most.
